At Institute of Marketing & Business Growth (IMBG), we value the investment our students make in their professional development. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below.
Before the Batch Starts: If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment 48 hours or more before the scheduled start date of the batch, a refund of 50% of the total course fee will be processed.
After the Batch Starts: Once the course sessions have commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
Registration Fees: Any nominal registration or seat booking fees are strictly non-refundable.
Failure to attend the sessions without prior written notice will be treated as a “no-show,” and no refund or credit for future batches will be provided.
