Cancellation Policy

This page outlines the terms related to course fee refunds and cancellations at the Institute of Marketing & Business Growth (IMBG). Please review this policy carefully before enrolling in our programs.

At Institute of Marketing & Business Growth (IMBG), we value the investment our students make in their professional development. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below.

1. Course Cancellation by the Student

Before the Batch Starts: If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment 48 hours or more before the scheduled start date of the batch, a refund of 50% of the total course fee will be processed.

After the Batch Starts: Once the course sessions have commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

Registration Fees: Any nominal registration or seat booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

2. Course Cancellation by IMBG

  • If IMBG cancels a batch due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, trainer unavailability, or insufficient enrollments, students will be offered an alternative batch date.
  • If the alternative date is not suitable, a 100% refund of the fee paid will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the sessions without prior written notice will be treated as a “no-show,” and no refund or credit for future batches will be provided.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund based on the criteria above, please send an email to contact@imbg.institute with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Payment Receipt / Transaction ID
  • Reason for Cancellation

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
